Job summary

American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking a Water Supply Engineer to join a permanent team covering Crewe and surrounding areas. You will identify leaks on water supply pipes, excavate ground and restore it after repairs, while travelling to customer properties across the patch.

This role involves outdoor work in all weather and may require some weekend or bank holiday hours. Welcome experience with water utilities; full-time position with a van, fuel card and stock provided.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying leaks and repairing water mains.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience with water company environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify leaks on water supply pipes at customer properties.
• Excavate ground to repair pipes and make ground good after work.

TXM Recruit are looking for a Water Supply Engineer to start working for one of the UK's most recognisable and well-respected energy company's. Company Van, Fuel Card and full van stock provided.
Full Time - 40 hours a week - this includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work
Up to 37,810 (Salary dependent upon experience) + £1,500 signing on bonus!In a permanent role covering a patch of works in Crewe and surrounding areas you will be required to be attending customer's properties, identifying leaks on the water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and making the ground good once complete. IND 4 Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential; Due to the role you must be comfortable working outdoor in all-weather types. Ideally candidates who have worked for water companies previously are preferred but not essential.
