Job summary

Ganymede Energy is seeking an experienced Water Supply Pipe Engineer to join their field team across the UK. The role focuses on repairs and maintenance within customers' homes, diagnosing leaks on water mains, laying and replacing pipework, and completing excavation work as needed.

You will manage jobs independently with strong customer service, supported by training and field coaching. The package includes a permanent role, 40 hours per week and a company van with PPE and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Good customer service skills and the confidence to deal with customers in their homes.
• A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good attention to detail.

Water Supply Pipe Engineer

£37,220 - £41,810 + £1,500 guaranteed first-year bonus / 40 hours per week / Permanent

Ganymede Energy is working with an established and growing provider of heating and maintenance services across the UK, recruiting for an experienced Water Supply Pipe Engineer to join their team.

The Role

As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer, you'll work in customer's homes carrying out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems.

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains


• Laying and replacing pipework


• Excavation and reinstatement work where required


• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

You'll have the support of an experienced team around you, as well as access to dedicated training and field-based coaching whenever you need it.
