Culligan Harvey Water Softeners is seeking a Service Engineer to join our growing team in the Greater London area. You will attend service calls at customer homes and dealer premises, perform field assessments and report issues to the service manager.

We provide intensive in-house training through our academy, with a commitment to career progression in a family culture. You will have tools and a company vehicle provided, supporting a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served domestic plumber.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience servicing water softeners.
• Technically minded with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.
• Perform field-based assessments and report technical concerns to the service manager.
• Provide on-site service to fix water softeners with training supplied.
• Work solo or as part of a team and deliver outstanding customer service.
