Job summary

Harvey Water Softeners Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises, perform field assessments and relay technical concerns to the service manager.

The ideal candidate is NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating, has experience servicing water softeners, and is self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork.

Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team.

You will be supporting the business by attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises. You will perform field based assessments and convey any technical concerns back to the service manager.

As the Service Engineer, you will be providing the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners. We don’t expect you to know about water softeners as we have an intensive training programme in our own academy where you will be trained up by our experts to give you all the knowledge you need.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating, have previous plumbing knowledge, along with experience of replacing white goods. You will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and will be technically minded.

You will have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, and will have an adaptable approach to work, with the ability to wok both solo or as part of a team.

Salary based on OTE
