Job summary

Zeta Compliance Services, part of Complii, is hiring a Water Hygiene Engineer for a static role based at the University of Southampton. You’ll join a team delivering water testing, maintenance, and compliance across campus, with mentoring from experienced engineers.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in the field or are reliable and eager to learn. A full UK driving license is required; travel across London and surrounding areas is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• No previous water hygiene experience required; reliable and proactive.
• Full UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water temperature testing, flushing, and sampling across client sites to ensure safe, efficient, compliant systems.
• Assist in cleaning and disinfection of showerheads, tanks, and pipework following hygiene protocols.
• Perform TMV servicing, inspections and routine maintenance for compliance.
• Travel across London and surrounding areas with the team to deliver high-quality water hygiene services.

We’re hiring a Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team at Zeta Compliance Services. You won't spend your day stuck in traffic or constantly hunting for parking as this is a “static role” based at the University of Southampton.

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you’ll work alongside our other engineers to deliver essential water testing, maintenance, and compliance services across the University campus. If you have a few a minimum of 6 months experience this would be ideal. You'll be mentored and supported by our experienced engineers, giving you invaluable knowledge and skills that will stay with you throughout your working life.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Conduct water temperature testing, flushing, and sampling to ensure water systems remain safe, efficient, and compliant across various client sites
• Assist in the cleaning and disinfection of showerheads, tanks, and pipework, following hygiene protocols to maintain high water quality standards
• Perform TMV servicing, inspections, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with water hygiene requirements
• Travel across London and surrounding areas, working alongside a team to deliver high-quality water hygiene services while adhering to safety guidelines

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

• No previous experience required but must be reliable with a proactive approach to work
• Hardworking, eager to learn new skills, and open to career progression within the water hygiene industry
• Full UK driving license with a willingness to work long days if required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality service while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
