Job summary

Stantec in the Midlands is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of diverse water sector projects across the lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, and report progress to key audiences. Hybrid working with options across Birmingham, Redditch or Shrewsbury.

Qualifications

• Water industry experience and proven project management and commercial management.
• Chartered qualification (CEng) or equivalent.
• PM qualification such as APM PMQ or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in risk management and mitigation.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in project and commercial management.
• Demonstrates passion for innovation and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of water sector projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks early and proactively address issues.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources to meet targets.
• Prepare and present updates and documentation to audiences.
• Report regularly on project status.
