Job summary

J3A Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers for civil engineering water-sector schemes in Greater Manchester. You will lead complex projects from mobilisation to handover, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery within programme and budget.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in site management, water-sector experience, NEC/CDM familiarity, and hold SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid, plus a full UK driving licence. Hawthorn?

Qualifications

• Five years’ site management or supervisory experience.
• Civil engineering or water-sector project experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and operational resources.
• Maintaining health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Managing programmes, costs, contract administration and site records.
• Working closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and delivery partners.
• Supporting NEC contract compliance, variations and progress reporting.
• Driving projects towards a safe, high-quality and zero-defect completion.
