Job summary

J3A Recruitment is supporting an established civil engineering and utilities contractor with the appointment of three Project Managers across Greater Manchester to deliver water-sector schemes. You will lead projects from mobilisation to handover, managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

Qualifications

• Five years’ site management or supervisory experience in civil engineering or water-sector projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and resources to meet programme and budget.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental standards across projects.
• Manage programmes, costs, contract administration and site records.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, commercial teams and partners.
• Support NEC contract compliance, variations and progress reporting.
