Job summary

Anglian Water Services is recruiting for an Essential Sampling Team member in the Norwich area. You will travel between sites to collect drinking water samples, prepare bottles, and transport them to our laboratories for analysis.

This role requires a valid UK driving licence, the ability to work in all weather, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures. A scientific A-Level is desirable but not essential, with a generous benefits package and a 4-on/4-off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK manual driving licence and understanding of occupational driving challenges.
• Experience in following procedures, safe working systems, and risk assessments.
• Customer-focused attitude with enthusiasm for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Follow the sampling programme set by regulators to maintain water quality compliance.
• Travel between sites and independently prepare sampling bottles and samples.
• Safely transport samples to laboratories and support the analysis process.
• Adhere to health, safety and ISO17025 procedures and site policies.
