Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited in Woodford (E17 4AE) is seeking a Customer Water Quality Officer to test water samples across a wide area. You’ll travel between customers and sites, collecting samples and ensuring records and equipment meet industry standards.

The role is 38 hours per week with a starting salary of £29,349, plus a company van, generous leave, a pension, and extensive health and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Clean manual driving licence.
• Experience visiting domestic homes and businesses.
• Good planning and route management.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Test water samples in domestic homes and businesses.
• Manage sampling records and maintain equipment.
• Assist with investigating supply issues or customer complaints.
