Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an IOS Project Engineer to lead engineering activities across Peterborough, Lincoln, and Northampton areas. You will provide technical assurance, manage lifecycle activities from design to commissioning, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and partners to ensure value for customers.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and adherence to H&S and NEC contract frameworks, requiring a UK driving licence and relevant water industry experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry projects and delivery.
• Knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM regulations.
• Understanding NEC contracts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are developed, designed, constructed and commissioned in accordance with requirements, governance standards and health & safety expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors and delivery partners to develop solutions and manage risk.
• Review outputs to ensure governance and compliance.
• Undertake site assurance activities during construction and commissioning.
