Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for a permanent, full-time role in Peterborough. You will manage the lifecycle of multiple projects with IOS Alliance partners, ensuring design standards, cost control, and on-time delivery while coordinating with contract partners and internal teams.

The role focuses on managing expenses, verifying invoices, and providing evidence of costs for final invoicing, with a strong emphasis on CDM compliance and safe, compliant asset handover.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent (engineering preferred) and demonstrated project management and commercial awareness.
• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Sound understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.
• Ability to build excellent customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Water fittings and materials knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of projects and work with Framework Partners to ensure design and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Operational Client Teams and partners to establish smooth workflows and clear shared vision.
• Oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with CDM regs and POSWSH, and ensure assets are installed to minimum standards and handed over.
