Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a visionary Programme Lead to orchestrate high‑impact water and environmental programmes across the Midlands, aligning client goals with delivery excellence. You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams and embed governance, risk management and commercial controls.

This role requires on‑site presence three days a week, NEC4 contract experience, CSCS and Water Hygiene awareness, and a proven ability to build client relationships and pursue growth opportunities across UK projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a numeric field.
• Full Membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM.
• Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management.
• NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across capital infrastructure/non‑infrastructure portfolios.
• Establish governance, milestone tracking, and risk management frameworks.
• Align programme outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution and accountability.
• Oversee NEC3/4 contract administration and cost control.
• Develop relationships with clients and delivery partners to drive growth.
