YTL UK is seeking a Production Technician for its Sutton Bingham site in Yeovil. You will join a team to operate, maintain and optimise our water production sites, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality drinking water while minimising environmental impact.

The role includes planned maintenance to meet compliance, plus reactive work on site shutdowns and water quality issues. It requires calm under pressure, good communication, and a flexible, team‑minded approach with occasional out-of-hours

Formación

• Think logically to solve problems and interpret data.
• Good communication skills to relay technical information clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Flexible, team-oriented but able to work independently.
• Ability to stay calm under high-pressure situations.
• PC literacy and MS Office knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain and optimise water production sites to ensure reliable drinking water supply.
• Complete planned maintenance to meet compliance expectations.
• Respond to site shutdowns and water quality issues (reactive work).
• Prioritise tasks effectively and work as part of a team.
• Occasional out-of-hours standby and weekend work.
