Responsibilities include coordinating projects, developing policies, and engaging with local agencies. Requires supervision experience and a Level II Water Distribution license within a year.

Qualifications

• Requires two years supervising a utility pipe crew and four years in construction, operation, and maintenance of utility piping systems.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Must possess or obtain within one year a valid Level II Water Distribution license.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Division Head in planning, implementing, and directing efficient water department programs.
• Develops policies and procedure manuals for operational needs and coordinates leadership development.
• Keeps detailed records and metrics reflecting work effectiveness and supports safety procedures.
