• Oversee Water OCC operations with remote asset monitoring, reporting and support.
• Ensure 24/7 incident and event management across water network assets.
• Develop preparedness plans and mitigate key risks for Water sub-service areas.
• Drive continuous improvement to protect customer supplies and water quality.
• Lead a team of technicians and managers to deliver high-performance service.
