Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Surveyor to support the Anglian Water Alliance from Ipswich or Norwich. The role focuses on air valve installations, network fittings and small works across the Anglian Water region; you will conduct site surveys, verify asset data and communicate findings to engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry, utilities, construction or field-based surveying.
• Ability to interpret utility drawings and asset records; knowledge of Street Works.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities; full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out site surveys and investigations for Air Valve installations and small works schemes
• Assessing asset conditions, identifying defects and validating locations and records
• Inspecting, cleaning and verifying network assets before handover
• Collecting site measurements, photos and asset data into survey records
• Supporting scheme delivery and close-out by providing site information to engineers and stakeholders
