Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a Water Network Analysis Engineer for its expanding Andover team. The role blends modelling, data analysis and practical site work across water networks, pipelines and monitoring installations.

You will use steady-state and transient hydraulic studies, GIS/LIDAR data and field measurements to diagnose issues and design solutions. Hybrid working with core hours and strong training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a numerical degree.
• Experience in water network analysis, hydraulic modelling or surge/transient analysis is desirable.
• Experience with hydraulic analysis software and technical reporting is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct steady-state and transient hydraulic studies and build/calibrate models.
• Analyse live water and pipeline systems using field data and GIS/LIDAR.
• Visit sites to install monitoring equipment and collect data.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments and engineering recommendations.
• Work with client on outcomes and influence investment decisions.
