Auger is seeking a Water Mains Engineer to cover Hereford. The role offers a total package of £36,412 - £40,603 excluding overtime, with door-to-door pay and no on-call rota.

You will join a team delivering drainage and water mains services across the UK, focusing on customer care and problem solving. The position runs 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a company vehicle provided and a strong benefits package including health/dental coverage, pension, and annual leave.

Formación

• Experience investigating and repairing external water supplies.
• DBS check and driving licence may be required.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Independently investigate and repair external water supplies.
• Logically establish ownership and liability based on leak location.
• Confidently explain works to customers and provide reassurance.
• Communicate proactively with the Field Operations Team at HQ.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers.
