Job summary

IES Utilities Group is seeking a Water Leakage Technician to support leakage detection and network performance in the Sussex area. You will work with operational teams to reduce water loss and improve efficiency, using specialist techniques and equipment safely and to client standards.

The role requires hands-on field work across multiple sites, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the ability to plan, record findings and collaborate with colleagues to deliver reliable water networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in leakage detection or water network operations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Comfortable driving a company van.
• Knowledge of health and safety on utility networks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out leakage detection on water networks.
• Identify and locate underground leaks.
• Plan daily workloads to meet targets.
• Record findings in reporting systems.
