Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major water infrastructure scheme delivering tunnels, shafts, reinforced concrete and pipeline works. You will manage day to day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery on a high-profile civils project.

The role requires a proven track record on water or major civil engineering projects, a CSCS/SSTS card, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager on water or major civil engineering projects.
• Background in tunnels, shafts, RC structures, pipelines, or underground works.
• SSSTS/SMSTS Black/Gold CSCS Card and First Aid.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations safely and efficiently.
• Oversee tunnels, shafts, RC structures, pipelines and civils works.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and project specs.
• Monitor quality, safety and progress against programme.
• Deliver site briefings, inspections and toolbox talks.
