Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to deliver civil engineering or water infrastructure projects in Guildford. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and administer NEC contracts while building strong client relationships.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strategic programme management, and ownership of budgets with forecast reporting. The position is contract-based in a key water sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering or water infrastructure projects at a similar level.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial instincts.
• Ability to lead a team under pressure and manage client relationships.
• Water sector experience is a clear advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle across water infrastructure projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and coordinate subcontractors and specialists.
• Administer NEC contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Own project budgets, manage change through NEC, and support forecasts and reports.
