Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead major water treatment works within the Thames Water framework. You will oversee delivery from construction through handover, managing programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety, and client relationships while guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water sector projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from construction through to completion and handover
• Deliver projects safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks, and project performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Thames Water and key stakeholders
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, CDM regulations and company procedures
• Produce regular progress reports, attend client, and project meetings
• Drive high standards of health, safety and environmental performance
