Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major water treatment infrastructure projects within Thames Water frameworks. You will oversee delivery from construction to handover, managing programme, cost, quality and safety while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role focuses on delivering projects in the water sector with backgrounds in civil engineering or major infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water sector projects and major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong programme management and project delivery experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
• Proactive approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from construction through to completion and handover.
• Deliver projects safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks and project performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Thames Water and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, CDM regulations and company procedures.
• Produce regular progress reports and attend client and project meetings.
• Drive high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
