Job summary

Contract Scotland seeks an experienced Project Manager for Civil Engineering (Water), based in Livingston, Scotland. You will lead complex water infrastructure projects, manage teams and supply chain partners, and ensure delivery on time, to budget and to high safety standards.

You'll build strong client relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while champions health and safety across projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects in water.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent planning, programming and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects within the water sector.
Manage project teams and supply chain partners to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all project activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, risks, costs and programme, providing regular updates.
Drive operational excellence through planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements and industry best practice.
