Job summary

United Living Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects under AMP8 framework agreements in Scotland. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and budget control.

Qualifications

Degree, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role within the water industry.
APM PMQ (or equivalent project management qualification).
CSCS (Manager Level) and SMSTS (CITB) desirable.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of multiple ongoing projects (up to £10 million in value).
Lead the implementation of HSQE procedures across all projects.
Oversee all commercial aspects, including budget management and cost control.
Provide line management to Site Managers, Engineers, and Site Foremen.
Coordinate and manage supply chain partners and client relationships.
Chair and lead project meetings and manage change control and risk.
