Job summary

Peter Duffy Limited, part of United Infrastructure, seeks a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to handover. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance while guiding Project Engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include program and budget management, stakeholder liaison with clients and regulators, and contract administration across NEC/JCT frameworks.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Proven line management experience and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end oversight of water and wastewater delivery projects (treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, etc.).
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractual and commercial performance, variations, and payments.
• Present updates to clients and senior management, maintaining key relationships.
