You will plan, coordinate and deliver multiple schemes up to £10 million, while driving safety culture, cost control and timely delivery. Join a growing integrated delivery team focused on high-quality, sustainable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering civil engineering projects, water sector preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with CDM 2015 and HSQE procedures on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage delivery of multiple projects up to £10 million.
• Lead HSQE across projects and implement safety standards.
• Oversee budgets, cost control and target margins.
• Coordinate supply chain partners and client updates.
• Chair project meetings and maintain documentation of actions and decisions.
• Mentor and develop site managers, engineers and foremen.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are in place and maintained.
• Manage change control and risk management with clients.
