Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience using CAD software within an engineering environment.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and drafting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a design team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate engineering drawings and models using CAD software.
• Supporting the preparation, revision and coordination of design drawings throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensuring all drawings comply with CAD standards and client specifications.
• Using templates and standard details to prepare drawings efficiently.
• Working within established quality procedures and design processes.
• Managing workload to meet project deadlines and recording time spent on tasks.
• Using ProjectWise and other document management systems to manage project information.
• Updating drawings after design reviews and incorporating feedback.
