Qualifications

• Health & Safety knowledge and CDM regulations familiarity.
• Experience with CDM-compliant project delivery and governance processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from scoping to handover and warranty issues.
• Ensure CDM compliance and TOTEX Delivery Process adherence.
• Maintain accurate cost and resource forecasts with planning teams.
• Balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
• Drive a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
