Job summary

First Recruitment Group is recruiting a Project Manager in Peterborough. You will lead major infrastructure projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety, quality, cost and programme objectives are met.

Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with commercial and planning, and maintaining compliance with CDM regulations. A strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
• Experience with NEC Option C contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through full lifecycle from scope to warranty.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations via audits and reviews.
• Manage project teams and coordinate with commercial/planning functions.
• Identify, mitigate and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Promote collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
