Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for the water industry, based in Kent & East Sussex. This permanent full-time role offers £25 per hour, 45 hours per week, with substantial overtime.

You will undertake PPM, electrical fault finding, and reactive maintenance at water treatment sites to ensure compliant, reliable operations. Off-site support and additional allowances may apply; a company van, fuel card and lodging are provided when required.

Qualifications

• Water industry experience is required.
• 18th Edition electrical qualification is essential.
• ECS Gold Card is mandatory.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Perform electrical fault finding and repairs.
• Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance on water treatment sites.
