Job summary

EDSB Compliance Solutions, national water hygiene provider, is recruiting a Water Hygiene Technician to join our Passive Fire & Water Hygiene team working nationwide across the UK. The successful candidate will visit clients' sites, perform water sampling, temperature monitoring, descaling, TMV servicing and tank inspections while supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

A full UK driving licence is required, and prior water hygiene experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene or treatment is preferred.
• Full, clean UK driving license is essential.
• Good comunication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Water sampling at client sites.
• Temperature monitoring and analysis.
• Descaling of shower heads and hoses.
• TMV servicing.
• Tank cleans and inspections.
• Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers (if applicable).
• Mains injection pipework chlorination works (if applicable).
• Closed system analysis and cooling tower analysis.
• Manage water hygiene/treatment accounts.

We are now recruiting a Water Hygiene Technician to join our Passive Fire & Water Hygiene team, to work nationally throughout the UK.

Reporting daily to your Field Manager, the successful candidate will visit clients' sites and be the face of the company, seeking to enhance relationships with existing clients. You will be carrying out key duties to ensure their systems are kept compliant. You will be working alongside likeminded and supportive colleagues to provide a great customer service.

The position will involve, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Water sampling.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Descaling of shower head and hoses.
• TMV servicing.
• Tank cleans and inspections.
• Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers.
• Mains injection pipework chlorination works.
• Closed system analysis.
• Cooling tower analysis.
• Water hygiene / treatment account managing experience.

Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage. Successful candidates will be asked to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and Enhanced DBS check.
