Water Hygiene Technician - HSL Compliance

HSL Compliance are one of the leading companies in the Legionella compliance market, providing services throughout the UK. We are looking for a Monitoring Technician to join our enthusiastic Water Hygiene team. As a committed people company we strive to help hard working employees to build a career.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Sites in Brighton and surrounding areas

Hourly Rate: £12.31 - £13.57

Job Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, your role is to undertake monitoring and water hygiene services to comply with legionella guidelines, contacting each site to arrange attendance and keep records. Your main duties include:

• Conducting water testing and monitoring
• Taking water samples
• Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
• Shower cleans & other disinfection work
• Inspection of hot storage units & cold storage tanks
• Working at heights / manual handling
  
  

Required Skills

As a service company we ask for excellent customer service skills and the confidence to carry out lone work once fully trained. A full driving licence is essential and all employees are subject to a DBS check.
