  • Manage and upload all compliance documentation, ensuring an "audit-ready" status at all times.
  • Review and interpret technical reports to identify trends or deviations from safe water parameters.
Operational Oversight
  • Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for water hygiene, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Oversee the management of Point-of-Use (POU) filter lifecycles.
  • Manage and track all water-related remedial works, ensuring actions are closed out within agreed timeframes.
  • Perform fault finding on water systems and raise corrective actions directly on the helpdesk system.
Leadership & Performance
  • Directly manage the performance of water hygiene engineers, including conducting site "spot checks" to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the site team to ensure high technical standards.
  • Review, update, and issue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current trust policy and regulatory updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Attend and represent CBRE at Water Safety Group (WSG) meetings, technical groups, and cluster briefings.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and data summaries for these high-level technical meetings.
Commercial & Technical Planning
  • Review Risk Assessment remedial actions and manage the end-to-end execution of these works.
  • Review, estimate, and generate quotes for additional water hygiene works outside of the core contract.
  • Person Specification/Requirements
Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory water hygiene role within a healthcare or critical infrastructure environment (specifically NHS familiarity is highly desirable).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HTM 04-01, ACoP L8, and HSG274.
  • Data Proficiency: Advanced ability to manage, interpret, and present microbiological data (Legionella & Pseudomonas).
