Churchill Group is hiring a Water Hygiene Plumber to deliver planned plumbing and servicing works across our properties in the Manchester area. The role requires compliance with ACOP L8, HSG 274, and WC-related regulations, with full training provided.

You will hold an NVQ/L2 Plumbing or equivalent, possess Water Regulations and Unvented Hot Water (G3) knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Technical Certificate (or equivalent).
• Water Regulations compliance is required.
• Unvented Hot Water (G3) knowledge or qualification.
• Confident communication skills and good time management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned plumbing and maintenance remedial works to hot and cold water systems across customer properties.
• Work in accordance with Water Regulations and HSG274/ACoP L8 guidance.
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between client and head office; maintain on-site records.
• Deliver on contract requirements; overtime and some weekend work may be required.
