Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in line with company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out deadleg removals.
  • Undertake fault‑finding on site.
  • Remove and reroute copper/PVC pipework.
  • Ensure plumbing work is carried out correctly.
  • Install, replace and service TMVs.
  • Conduct CWST refurbishment and installations.
  • Carry out expansion valve installation.
  • Perform water sampling.
  • Monitor temperatures.
  • Fill out on‑site logbooks accurately.

Water Hygiene Plumber

Job Title: Water Hygiene Plumber.

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

Salary / Benefits: £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits.

We are working with an independent and long‑standing Water Hygiene / Legionella company. The successful candidate will carry out a range of Water Hygiene / Plumbing duties including deadleg removals, rerouting and replacement of PVC/copper pipework, and installing, servicing and replacing TMVs. A strong background in water hygiene / legionella is required, with a good working knowledge of legionella remedial works and the associated guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out deadleg removals.
  • Undertake fault‑finding on site and ensure any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Remove and reroute copper/PVC pipework.
  • Ensure plumbing work has been carried out correctly and sign off upon completion.
  • Install, replace and service TMVs.
  • Conduct CWST refurbishment and installations.
  • Carry out expansion valve installation.
  • Perform water sampling.
  • Monitor temperatures.
  • Ensure work is carried out in line with HSG/ACoP L8 guidelines.
