Hello, we’reSevern Trent Services,a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We monitor and look after our legionella control and water treatment services and are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Operativeto join the team, supporting the Barnsley area.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Water Hygiene Operative, you will deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health & safety compliance.

Some of the other key accountabilities are:

• Overseeing multi-site visits across diverse geographic locations.
• Carrying out monitoring and associated tasks in line with ACoP L8 when required
• Providing support to both customers and colleagues with technical input where required.
• Carryingout Hazard/Risk assessments as required on each individual sites.
• Maintaining safety standards in the field

This is a part time role, working around 20 hours a week and starting from home role, with travel across your allocated region as required in one of our company vans, for this reason you will need a Full UK driving license.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

Our new Water Hygiene Operative would ideally have:

• Experience of TMV servicing
• Knowledge of both Domestic and Industrial water systems
• Computer & smart phone literacy
