Qualifications

• Experience working as a water hygiene engineer within the water industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office package.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
• Undertaking temperature monitoring, routine sampling and analysis of water systems.
• Monitor the client’s air and water systems ensuring compliance with the current Health and Safety legislation.
• Maintenance and installation of dosing systems.
• Undertaking TMVs servicing, shower descales and inspection and disinfection of CWST.
• Annual cold water tank inspections.
