Job summary

Environmental Essentials UK Ltd. is seeking a Water Hygiene Technical Coordinator to support compliance, governance and audit readiness across our Water Hygiene team.

You’ll work with the Technical Manager and Operations to ensure services meet LCA standards and to drive continuous improvement across monitoring, records, and procedures. You will review reports, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene, compliance, or technical support roles.
• Good understanding of Legionella control, LCA standards, or quality management systems.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of LCA membership requirements and keep services compliant and audit-ready.
• Review monitoring reports, sampling results, and client accounts to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain and update technical procedures, SOPs, training records, and other compliance docs.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Operations, Quality and suppliers to improve processes and deliver high-quality services.
• Assist with internal audits, governance and process improvements for consistency.

What You’ll Actually Do

As our Water Hygiene Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the technical and compliance side of our Water Hygiene team. Working closely with the Technical Manager and Operations team, you’ll help ensure our services meet LCA standards, improve internal processes, and keep our systems audit-ready. You will:

• Support the delivery of LCA membership requirements, helping to ensure our Water Hygiene services remain compliant and audit-ready.
• Review monitoring reports, sampling results, and client accounts, identifying trends, following up actions, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update technical procedures, standard operating procedures, training records, and other compliance documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues across Technical Services, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to improve processes and support the delivery of high-quality services.
• Assist with internal audits, technical governance, and process improvements to strengthen the quality and consistency of our Water Hygiene services.
