Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Associate Director/Technical Director in Civil Engineering (Water) with hybrid working in the UK. You will lead delivery of river engineering, flood alleviation and water infrastructure projects, with commercial accountability and client-facing responsibility.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape design solutions, manage risk and ensure projects meet time and budget targets across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, structural or water engineering.
• Chartered with ICE or CIWEM is preferred.
• UK driving license is required.
• Eligibility for security clearance (SC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of river engineering, flood alleviation and water infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Client-facing with commercial accountability for projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and guide design solutions from optioneering to delivery.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet budgets and schedules.
