Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a MEICA-focused asset management leader to improve reliability and performance of water and wastewater assets across the UK.

You will develop asset health frameworks, align strategies with Ofwat expectations, and lead data analytics, maintenance planning, and regulatory submissions.

Join a team delivering digital tools, KPI dashboards, and risk-based investment plans to support PR24/PR29 and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Proven record of improving availability, reliability and performance of water/wastewater assets.
• Extensive MEICA experience in treatment works, pumping systems, ICA/SCADA.
• Strong understanding of water-sector regulatory drivers, compliance obligations and metrics.
• Skilled in interpreting CMMS/EAM data and leading maintenance/RCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Asset & Maintenance Leadership for the water sector.
• Develop asset health and maintenance frameworks for water/wastewater treatment, networks and ICA systems; align with Ofwat resilience metrics.
• Client advisory and sector engagement: provide evidence-based recommendations on investment and risk.
• Performance management: develop KPIs and dashboards covering asset reliability, TOTEX impact and serviceability.
• Innovation and digital: support telemetry, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance tools.
• Asset health matrix development for treatment and network assets with integrated data sources.
• Maintenance data analytics and reliability insights using CMMS/EAM data to drive improvements.
• Asset strategy, capital planning and AMP preparation aligned with regulatory expectations.
