Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Casing Technician to de-case luxury timepieces, inspect for issues, and re-assemble following strict procedures to ensure waterproofing and optimal condition.

You will undergo ongoing training and be responsible for casing models with high standards, precise workmanship and careful organisation. A strong eye for detail and manual dexterity are essential; training is provided.

• Ability to work in a tidy and organised manner and manage workload.
• Ability to communicate well with peers and senior team members.
• Ability to follow stringent guidelines and procedures.
• Training will be provided; previous watch assembly knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling watch cases/bracelets to prepare components for refurbishment.
• Re-assembling cases/bracelets after refurbishment with strict quality checks.
• Ordering required parts to complete casing work to quality standards.
• Assessing for issues related to case, bracelet or movement and escalating as needed.
• Link & bracelet adjustments across all brands.
• Documenting repairs in the in-house repair system.
• Other casing-related duties involving removal or re-fitting parts.
• Performance monitored against production targets during probation.
