Job summary

Lanes Group Plc is hiring a Civils Support Operative to join the United Utilities contract in the North West. You will work on wastewater networks, focusing on safe dig practices and delivering first-time-right solutions with your team.

The role requires an HGV Class 2 licence, a full driving licence with limited penalty points, and strong IT and communication skills. Training for jetting and related tasks is provided. 50 hours weekly, salary £36,946-£38,246 per annum.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence required.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Desirable: experience with JHL City Flex's or training provided.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe digging practices at all times.
• Operate on a site with a company tablet, uploading and relaying information to head office.
• Resolve problems, clear blockages and excavate on sewer networks.
• Ensure plant and equipment is used correctly and maintained.
• Support Civils team on site and deliver work right first time.
