Job summary

CSG at the Aylesford Aqueous Waste Treatment Plant near Maidstone is seeking an experienced Administrator to support site operations. You’ll manage bookings, weighbridge tasks, documentation and liaise with customers and colleagues in a busy operation.

The role requires GCSEs in English and Maths, strong IT and data-entry skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths in English and Maths.
• Previous administration experience in a busy operational environment.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Accurate data entry and high attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support for site operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outbound calls from customers and colleagues.
• Assist in organising tasks and ensure efficient site working.
• Support Health and Safety policy compliance within the group.
• Coordinate bookings for incoming waste and maintain booking systems.
• Operate the weighbridge for loads and complete paperwork.
• Raise and maintain worksheets, consignment notes and accident forms.
• Monitor site administration systems, risk assessments and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure invoices are coded, authorised and paid promptly.
• Support month-end reporting and expense reconciliation processes.
• Handle customer queries and provide ad hoc project support.
