Mansfield District Council is seeking a proactive Project Officer to lead Simpler Recycling projects from planning through completion in Mansfield. You will supervise a team of four officers, develop project and communication plans, monitor progress and coordinate partners to secure expertise and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste services or similar sector.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
• Experience undertaking risk assessments and knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Degree or Level 5 qualification with significant relevant experience.
