Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Production Director for a high-output Waste & Recycling site in Yorkshire. You will oversee safe, compliant operations and ensure targets are met to quality and customer expectations.

You will drive KPI-based improvements, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with contracts, logistics and senior stakeholders. 3+ years managing waste/processing ops and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience directly managing waste, quarry or aggregates processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant and efficient plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and drive health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with contracts, logistics and customers to ensure smooth delivery and strong senior stakeholder relationships.
• Take responsibility for budgetary control and resource allocation to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
