Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience resolving operational issues and decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience dealing professionally with customers and members of the public.
• Experience using in-cab technology, route management systems or electronic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocation and safe operation of refuse/recycling collection vehicles.
• Lead collection crews and ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
• Monitor routes, manage access, and handle on‑the‑ground operational challenges.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records for safety checks, incidents, and vehicle maintenance.
