Severn Trent is seeking a Waste Project Coordinator at our Coventry site on a 12 month secondment in the Sewer Adoptions team within Developer Services. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Large Developer Waste customers, advising on Codes for Adoption and guiding queries to a quick resolution.

You’ll ensure compliance on new Codes for Adoption, maintain accurate data for regulatory reporting, and deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with internal and external

• Customer service experience required.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

If this sounds like you and you cope well under pressure and are self-motivated then we have a fantastic opportunity at our site in Coventry as a Waste Project Coordinator (12 month secondment) in the Sewer Adoptions team in Developer Services.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our Large Developer Waste customers and manage all of our Codes for Adoption applications as part of Severn Trent’s sewer adoptions process, providing advice and guidance with the aim of resolving any queries as quickly and hassle free for the customer as possible.
As a Waste Project Coordinator, we’ll be looking for you to ensure we’re compliant on each and every one of our new Codes for Adoption applications, while ensuring our data is recorded accurately for regulatory reporting purposes. As the first point of call for our customers, you’ll be providing excellent customer service and providing clear advice to them while constructively engaging with internal colleagues and external stakeholders alike.

• Constructively engage with internal/external stakeholders, through effective communication
• Drive performance improvements
• Capture and provide accurate information to enable excellent customer, service throughout departments
