Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Waste Co-Ordination/Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance Manager in UK and international markets. The role focuses on regulatory waste standards, data collection, and driving waste reduction in operations and supply chains.

You will embed policy across functions, coordinate with multiple teams, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the Sustainability ecosystem. Hybrid work options and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Waste Co-Ordination manager in driving compliance across markets for key EU and UK waste regulations.
• Coordinate waste data collection and contribute to waste reduction in operations and supply chains.
• Communicate policy and process changes across business functions.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and prioritise tasks with strong organisation.
• Collaborate proactively with internal departments and bring ideas to the table.
